Kid-Recipe: Goat Cheese-Dipped Grapes!

Chef Brooke shows us a healthy snack replaces caramel with goat-cheese. Kid will love this tasty, treat that's fun to make and to share with friends.



READY TO MAKE THESE? HERE'S THE RECIPE!


Ingredients:

2 oz. Chèvre Cheese, softened

1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tsp Organic Honey

Pinch Salt

50 Grapes of your choice

1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts or mixed)


Other Needed Supplies:

Parchment Paper

Toothpicks


GOAT CHEESE COATING

Combine Chèvre Cheese, Heavy Whipping Cream, Organic Honey and a Pinch Salt. Mix well.

Microwave on 50% power for 30-60 seconds until well-blended.


DIP YOUR GRAPES

Add a toothpick to each grape. Dip in Goat Cheese coating promptly after removing from the microwave. Dip in nuts. Place on parchment paper.


REFRIGERATE FOR 15 MINUTES
